1. What is needed to pull a permit?

Because this information varies depending on the scope of your project, view a complete listing of all submittal requiements.

2. How long does it take to obtain my permit?

Unless there are unusual circumstances, permits are issued within 3-7 days of application. If there is a problem, you will be contacted by email or phone.

3. Do I need to file a Notice of Commencement for my job?

If your project value exceeds $2,500 (mechanical projects-$7,500) a Notice of Commencement is required to be filed with the Clerk of Court.
