3. Can I remain anonymous when filing a complaint?

Code Enforcement does not accept anonymous complaints.

4. How many letters are sent regarding a code violation before the case is brought to a public hearing?

The first letter is a Courtesy Notice of Violation, the second letter is a Notice of Violation, and the final letter is a Request for Hearing.

5. Can I request an extension of time if I receive a Notice?

Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis by the Special Master after the ordered compliance date has expired.
