5/29/2008 Florida Assoc. of Counties’ CCC Program Commissioner Gilpin recently completed the Florida Association of Counties’ CCC (Commissioners Voluntary Certification) Program. County Commissioners have the opportunity to complete this program of study that is designed to provide information and enhance skills relevant to their duties and responsibilities. The CCC designation requires completion of 42 hours of course work. 11/20/2006 Commissioner Gilpin's term is effective at 12:01 am, 11/21/2006.
