To foster accountability and responsibility first to self, then to the court, and ultimately to the community, in an effort to effect total life skills changes so that the individual is not likely again to engage in a criminal course of conduct. This will be effected through a "cognitive-behavioral approach" to the case management and supervision of each individual.
