Dog & Cat Licensing
All cat and dog owners residing in Sumter County are required to have a County License for their pet. The owner is required to show proof of rabies vaccination. If you can show proof of spaying or neutering of your animal a discount will be applied to the cost of the tag. You are required to purchase a new county license every year on or before the anniversary date of the license you currently have.
