• Engineer sealed building plans - 4 sets if state approval required, additonal set of plans 
• State energy code with Manual J, central heat/air system, if applicable
• Septic tank/DEP permit
• Copy of recorded deed
• Copy of SWFWMD permit
• Driveway permit, if applicable
• Flood Zone Acknowledgement, if applicable
• Product Approval and Installation Sheets - 2 copies
