Beginning October 19, 2009, all Zoning & Adjustment Board public hearings will be held at Colony Cottage Recreation Center located at 510 Colony Boulevard, The Villages, FL 32162.
The Zoning Department is responsible for:
- Processing all rezoning, special use, temporary use, and conditional use permit applications
- Coordinating the Zoning & Adjustment Board
- Furnishing information on a parcel-by-parcel basis regarding land use, current zoning, and flood designations
- Building Permit intake
