Monday - Friday
- Function as liaison between County staff, Commissioners, Consultants, elected officials' staff, and public regarding Impact Fee and Assessment Programs
- Review and/or calculate appropriated impact and assessment fees for residential and commercial buildings
- Monitor requests for impact and assessment fee waivers
- Review and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for credits, rebates, transfers, and refunds
- Assist information technology with updating Building Services permit fee program when fee changes are implemented by BOCC
- Provide public information via County website relating to Impact and Assessment Fee Programs
- Work with the public to resolve more difficult problems or questions relating to impact and assessment fees
- Prepare annual assessment rolls
