Quality Assurance Survey

Sumter County Building Services is committed to providing the highest level of service to its customers. In order to assess customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Building Division, a two-part survey card has been designed and the survey information will be compiled by County Administration.

The first survey card will focus on plan review and permit issuance performance. This will be handed to the customer at the time of permit issuance. The second survey card will focus on the inspection process and completion services of the project. This card will be handed to the customer at their final inspection/certificate of occupancy. The cards will be color coded and will bear the return address of County Administration.

As an added convenience to our customers, this process will also be available on our web site. Completed survey cards may be emailed to County Administration on a special email address established for survey responses.
