The Development Review staff is responsible for consultations with developers, coordination and intake of development applications, distribution of submitted materials, including but not limited to: conceptual, preliminary, and engineering plans for subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, plats, Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Operating Permits.  Upon completion of the site infrastructure and prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the Development Review staff schedules site inspections with the County’s consulting engineer.

In conjunction with the submittals and inspections, the Development Review staff schedules public meetings with the Development Review Committee (DRC), who reviews the plans for consistency with the County’s Land Development Code and life, safety, and welfare issues.
