The Planning Department consists of Development Review, Zoning and Planning. Development Review assists people in matters relating to property uses and improvements. Zoning begins the process of permit issuance by confirming July 29, 2008 11:55 AMnts and assists citizens in any rezoning processes. Planning guides the long-range growth patterns of the County. Those departments work directly with property owners, developers and governmental officials to provide for management of development patterns.
