Fines for Ordinance Violations: 

• Any standard first offense (unlicensed, unvaccinated, at large, nuisance, etc.) $50
• Any standard second offense $100
• Any standard third offense $150
• Any standard fourth offense $200
• Any impound more than 4 times in 12 months $350
• Interference with ACO in discharge of duties $250
• Unauthorized removal of animal from kennel $500
• Tampering with an animal trap $100
• Dangerous dog certificate registration $500
• Animal confined in vehicle $100
• Sale of dog or cat without a health certificate $100
• Fighting or baiting of animals $500
• Animal cruelty/neglect without intent $100
• Animal cruelty/neglect with intent $500 first offense 
• Animal cruelty/neglect additional offense within 12 months $500

• Dangerous dog certification renewal $500
• Dangerous dog recheck $25
• Euthanasia and disposal $50
• Boarding $10
• Trailering per load $100
• Quarantine and boarding $150
• Chemical Capture $50
• Animal adoption $0
• Animal transfer to rescue organization $0 
• Microchipping animals returned to owner $0 (1^st day boarding fee waived on 1^st occurrence)                          

Licenses: 

• Dog, cat, ferret (sterilized/ not sterilized) – One (1) Year $0
• Dog, cat, ferret (sterilized/ not sterilized) – Three (3) years $0
• Duplicate license or change in ownership $0
• Veterinarian processing fee for issuance of a license tag* $0
