Responsibilities

  • Reviews and processes all planning and zoning applications including, rezonings, future land use amendments, special use, temporary use,  and conditional use  permits.
  • Provides staff support to the Planning and Zoning Special Master
  • Furnishes information on a parcel-by-parcel basis regarding land use, current zoning, and flood zone designation, which is also available online.
  • Provides planning and zoning services (including application processing) to the Cities of Center Hill, Coleman, and Webster.
