Effective Monday, March 21, 2016, Sumter County Building Services will implement a new phone number and program for requesting inspections via phone. The new telephone number is 352-388-9539. Please see the attached document for building inspection codes. Using the codes will simplify your inspection request. If you do not have the building inspection codes, you will have the option of selecting the inspection through the phone system.
