[ARCHIVED] Jail Expansion Project receives Certificate of Occupancy

The Kitchen and Video Visitation facilities received C.O's on August 3, 2009. The 180 Bed Housing facility and the Immediate Needs facility received C.O.'s on August 10, 2009.
